K.I.S.S. Contract: K.I.S.S. Web Service & MultiMediaCommunications.com agrees to provide you with a website according to your specifications.

• Customer to provide clean originals or graphic files on paper or disk.
• All materials must be easy to read and in proper order for entry onto the website.
• Make a list of all headings for each subsidiary page and make sure all materials are separated into the categories with the headings marked.
• Include all graphics you desire, plus logo and also instructions of the placement on the pages. If no instructions given, we will place accordingly.
• If you have any preferences with background colors, font colors, buttons, etc., please indicate at onset of start.
• If you have no preferences in this regard, we will choose the above and make your website very attractive and functional.
• Any modifications to website will be made after the final draft is completed. Modifications made after the final draft has been accepted will be quoted at K.I.S.S. regular website design rate of $150/hour.
• KISS will provide instructions on elementary Site Maintenance via e-mail or by phone.
• Monthly server and domain maintenance fee of $50 includes minor changes and Internet maintenance - Minimum of 6-month signup

• I also understand that if I cancel this contract once work commences, the 50% down payment is non-refundable.
